“We are a locally owned family business founded in the city of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan in 1993. Our father, Dan Sawchyn, began installing floor covering for close to two decades before starting Floor Covering Direct. At that time, the showroom and warehouse was located on Ontario Avenue. We then required an additional bay at that location and then again, it was time for more space. In 2002 we moved to 301 B - 22nd Street West, which is our current retail location. In 2007 our contract division opened at 116 Ave K South along with expanded offices and warehouse.

We are very proud to be doing business in such a great place. Over the years we have enjoyed many great relationships with our customers, friends, neighbours, and business partners. Through these relationships we are honoured to have been able to create beautiful spaces and inspiring ideas.  Along with our professional team, we bring many years of experience and knowledge to the industry and our customers.
